On Saturday Thomas and I took Birch on a nature hike to Ivy Creek. This candy little one was SO EXCITED to go mountain climbing!

Fishwife
Fishwife despatched me a few of their tinned fish being the sardine lover that I’m: Albacore Tuna, Sardines in Lemon, and Smoked Trout. All three have been wonderful! Plus are these not the prettiest packages ever?!
We loved sardine salad on the finish of our hike.
Kath Eats Summer time Meals
Sunday dinner: Roasted dill salmon, rosemary potatoes, and caprese tomatoes.
The perfect Blue Apron skillet dinner. I’m going to recreate this! It was like a deconstructed enchilada.
One other Blue Apron winner: tacky hen, beans, and garlic bread.
Mozzarella and heirloom tomato sandwich with summer time cherries
And Holly’s birthday brunch at Birch and Bloom! Liked the deconstructed smoked salmon toast.
We’re heading to the seashore tomorrow for one final summer time hurrah and a household reunion with Thomas’s facet. Then it’s just about again to highschool!
